FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I work with a simple, flat-rate pricing structure so you always know exactly what to expect. Instead of hourly billing, I offer organizing sessions as a one-day black, designed to avoid surprises and make planning asier for you. A full organizing session is priced at $495 and includes up to six hours of focused, hands-on work in your space.


Sessions are outcome-focused rather than strictly time-based.
If we reach the six-hour mark and additional time is needed, I’ll pause and check in with you.

You can choose to either:
– add extra time at $85/hour, or
– schedule a follow-up session for another day.


Product costs are billed separately and passed along at cost - no markups, ever. I'm fully transparent and will share the exact amount paid. 


The free consultation is a no-obligation video call designed to see if we're a good fit. During this call: 

  • You'll give me a brief virtual tour of the space
  • We'll talk about what's been bothering you in the space and what you'd like support with
  • I'll assess whether a one-day reset is the right solution for you


This call does not include organizing advice or step-by-step guidance - those are part of the paid service. The consultation is simply a way to understand your needs and explain how my process works., 


Before the organizing session, I schedule a technical visit to see the space in person and define the best plan for your reset. The visit lasts 30 to 60 minutes and costs $89. This step allows me to plan efficiently and avoid surprises on the day of the organizing session. 


During the visit, we walk through the space together, talk about how it's currently used, what's working, and what's not. This helps determine whether we'll organize using what you already have or if additional organizing products will be needed. 


The $89 technical visit fee is credited toward the $495 organizing session once the project is scheduled. 


You don't need to be home for the full session, but your presence is essential during the first 2 hours. This is when we do the editing and decision-making phase. 


After that, you're free to step away. I just ask that you keep your phone nearby in case I need quick input while organizing. 


I'm based in New Jersey and work with clients across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. 


Travel availability depends on location and project scope and is always confirmed durgin the free consultation. This helps ensure each project receives the time, focus, and care it deserves. 


Yes. Garage organizing is offered as a separate service due to the scope, size, and complexity of these spaces. Garages often requires a different level of planning, editing, and system-building than interior rooms, which is why I approach them with a dedicated process.
